Oct 2022: super friendly and helpful staff. Overnight guy a little grumpy; probably cuz it's the overnight shift. Hotel doors close at 11pm. Great location, easy walk to Centro, Rinconada, Playa Principal and Playa Manzanilla. In nice quiet neighborhood. No night life, if that's your thing. Room good, nothing great. Good AC. Power went out a few times, but staff quickly got it back on. I stayed here because price/value is good. But then after a week, glad I decided to spend the extra 400 pesos for another hotel. It's a good hotel. Depends what ur looking for

Very happy with our stay. We booked for 4 nights and the room we had (Tiburon on the 3rd floor) was very clean and decently bright. The beds are firm and comfortable which was really important to us. We also enjoyed the many hang out spaces where we could both relax and work - the space right outside our room with a seating area and table, the second floor space with comfy couches and bar chairs/tables, the space on the first floor with the small pool, and the lobby area. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to Playa Manzanillo and Puerto Angelito and close to some good restaurant options. Cocos Frios is at the corner for a nice cold fresh coconut and sometimes a lady is out front selling tacos de canasta which are tasty. On improvements, there's no closet and no hooks to hang clothes and no drawers, so clothes need to just stay in suitcases but this wasn't a big deal for us. The water pressure is also very low, but there is hot water and the low water pressure wasn't a big problem for 4 nights. Also, wifi is spotty but that's the case all over Puerto Escondido. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Clean comfortable and very accommodating. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to most beaches and very good restaurants. Best of all the staff especially the front desk were very attentive, kind and helpful. Would and will definitely stay here again. I can’t say enough!

Small hotel, but well located, good service from Itzel and Omar, clean rooms without exaggeration, hot water, air conditioning, fan, cable screen, very cozy, I don't give it 5 stars because the pool is literally a jacuzzi (very small ). Greetings from CDMX!! Affordable prices but they go up in high season
